The 11th China Turpan (International) motorcycle rally around Aiding Lake will open on October 15 in Aiding Lake, Turpan, Xinjiang. One hundred cross-country motorcycles participated in the rally and won a prize of 20000 yuan.

 

This event is hosted by Xinjiang Sports Federation and jointly undertaken by Xinjiang Motorcycle Association, Turpan Regional Sports Federation and extraordinary Sports Culture Development Co., Ltd. the venue of the event is on the Bank of Aiding Lake in Turpan from October 15 to October 20. There are two events in the competition: motorcycle field obstacle race and cross-country rally. The special route of the competition is more than 1000 kilometers, with a total distance of 3000 kilometers. There are five stages. The track is composed of desert Gobi sand dunes, riverbed and saline alkali. It makes full use of Turpan's unique geographical resources, and the difficulty and intensity of the competition are much higher than those in the past.

 

As one of the top events in Xinjiang, "2016 China Turpan 11th Aiding Lake (International) motorcycle rally", the organizing committee added new stages of Gaochang District, tuokesun county and Shanshan County of Turpan City on the previous boutique lines this year. The events include: Super obstacle field race and cross-country rally. The rally is divided into domestic groups (more than 249cc); Domestic small row (less than 248cc); Import group; All terrain four-wheel motorcycle group (UTV, ATV unlimited displacement); In Jiyi group (over 45 years old, including 45 years old), the champion bonus of each group is the same as last year. The champion of rally is 20000 yuan and the champion of super obstacle field is 5000 yuan. It is estimated that 100 off-road motorcycles will compete.

 

The charity party of the Music Carnival for riders in Haidi ancient village of Aiding Lake, the charity of aixing, the super obstacle field race and the rally are all highlights of this year's motorcycle race around Aiding Lake. It is also a platform for riders to show their driving skills and challenge themselves. At present, the preparations for the event are under way, and the registration work has been fully launched. With the help of the unique natural landscape, the historical remnant walls left by the ancient Silk Road and the landform with large combination and large contrast have created favorable conditions and development space for Turpan to carry out cross-country motorcycle sports. Holding the motorcycle rally around Aiding Lake (International) will be of great significance to generate new economic growth points for Turpan's tourism economy, and will have an important impact on excavating and developing the sports tourism industry and opening up a new industrial chain.
